For the safety of everyone and also from an economies of scale viewpoint, we have opted to operate our classes mostly online since March 2020. We will continue to do so until the pandemic situation comes under control.
We offer private
one to one online classes as well as private group classes (meaning you can gather up your bffs/family members/colleagues). From time to time (depending on the severity of C19 cases) we do conduct outdoor physical one-to-one classes either at client's premise,

staying active is part of maintaining a balance and healthy lifestyle.
According to harvardhealthonline; the ideal way to stay fit and sharp is by ensuring we get at least 2.5 hrs of cardio workout, 30 mins of strength training (twice a week)
and 1 HOUR of mind body workout in the form of tai chi, YOGA or similar exercise all in a week.
PRENATAL/POSTNATAL/ASHTANGA classes are available upon request.
