Rahimah Mohd Yusof

Rahimah believes change starts from within oneself and that dreams can become a reality if fully supported by actions. A firm believer that adrenaline rush from any form of sports should ideally be moderated and balanced by yoga movements to increase flexibility and enhance; strength, focus and endurance. She embarked on her little yoga journey back in 2012 accompanied by a few good friends. She took her passion for yoga a tad deeper and got herself certified with Malaysia Association of Yoga Instructors in Hatha Yoga (2016) and Ashtanga Yoga (2017). Based in Kuala Lumpur, she relishes teaching group Hatha and is enthusiastic to share her practice and cultivate the yoga habit to a broader age diversity. She is convinced that a teeny bit of yoga a day goes a long way, hence, she firmly believes that yoga ought to be integrated into today's challenging lifestyle ;-)

Aiyee

Ai Yee Lim is a certified Hatha Yoga and Prenatal/Postnatal Vinyasa Yoga teacher based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She has been teaching since 2016 and enjoys various forms of yoga from the traditional Hatha to modern Vinyasa Flows. With this, you can expect to experience a combination of different styles of yoga turned into a calm and steady flow with her. She stumbled into her first yoga class in 2013 in seek of a remedy for lower back pain. Apart from the physical changes she experienced from the practice, she begin to realise how it taught her to tune inwards and to move mindfully. In May 2016, she decided to pursue a deeper understanding in yoga and enrolled herself into a 450hr International Yoga Instructor Course by the Malaysian Association of Yoga Instructors. Upon obtaining her certification as a yoga teacher, she fell in love with teaching and has been teaching ever since. In order to support more women throughout the different stages of their lives, she trained under Jennifer More of the Dolphin Method in Prenatal Vinyasa Yoga (June 2017). Her passion is to bring a little light into someone’s day, to work towards mindful living by connecting the breath, body and mind, one mat at a time.

Geraldine Carol Chong

Geraldine has always been active in the realm of wellness and after a health scare a few years ago, decided to complete a Diploma in Homeopathy and practice a holistic, healthy lifestyle which included better nutrition and exercise. Having attended yoga classes on and off for the last few years, she decided to take it up more seriously, as she noticed the benefits that yoga could impart and completed the Malaysia Association of Yoga Instructors levels 1, 2 and 3. She is now a certified hatha and prenatal yoga instructor and has quit full time work to fully concentrate on imparting knowledge on health and wellness to those keen to learn. She focuses on small, private group classes where individual attention can be provided. Currently, she teaches at MAYI (Malaysian Association for Yoga Instructors). Prior to this, Geraldine has spent the last 20 years in the area of education, and was attached to a renowned private university in an administrative capacity. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s in Business Administration.
